BIRDS
A constant variety of Hockley Valley's finest local birds come and go all day, right outside the dinning room's wrap-around windows. Whether it's chickadees, cardinals, blue jays, morning doves, or your other favourite local birds, sooner or later they will come to roost almost an arm's reach away. Birds seen this close, usually need binoculars, but at the Black Birch Restaurant, they are your constant dinner companions, spring, summer, fall, or winter.
